The Red Box Warning is a recognized communication program for government mandated notices e.g. safety notices, product recalls, etc. PTM’s staff has extensive experience with Health Canada requirements and consults with each client accordingly. This 24/7 service is executed onsite, with full access to PTM’s One Source capabilities:

Product Recall Pre-Plan Program
The Product Recall Pre-Plan Program is an annual contract that provides a turn-key product recall operation. It includes detailed pre-planning and a 24/7 service. All elements of the recall are approved in advance and the process is customized to integrate with client SOPs. The program provides comprehensive support from planning to implementation to follow-up.
