Patient Contact Service

Patient Reminders are a proven part of patient adherence strategies. The PTM service provides customized messaging, self-selected by patients. Patients register to receive a variety of messages including:

• Motivational messages
• Health information
• Rx reminders
• Appointment reminders – MD visit, vaccinations, etc.

Patients select to receive information via text, email, voice broadcast or live operator. The service can be added to existing digital programs with the addition of an icon to a patient site or with a variety of initiation points.

PTM follows all patient privacy and marketing regulations including CASL and PIPEDA.
